A Castle Pines, Colorado-based executive with a background in finance, management, sales, and marketing, Matthew Arber most recently served as president of Gateway Clinical. He spent two years with the biotech firm, during which time he led expansion efforts, including launching an international sales department and creating new recurring revenue streams, while navigating a tumultuous pandemic economy. Matthew Arber previously spent seven years as vice president at Churchill Management Group (CMG).

During his time at CMG, Matthew Arber led a sales team responsible for generating more than $100 million in annual revenue and managed around $1 billion in assets. He also optimized the firm's national communication strategy by introducing weekly update letters, webinars, and client roundtable lunches and dinners. He is also a former investment counselor at Fisher Investments, where he managed client portfolios worth a combined $350 million and received several awards, including Top Investment Counselor in 2008, 2009, and 2011.

Matthew Arber has additional experience as head of marketing for Joe's Production and Grille, Inc., an assistant professor at the University of Colorado, and COO of Envious Entertainment, LLC. He holds a master's degree in corporate finance from Regis University and bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Colorado.
